assembled into a rough draft, which is reviewed by an assigned client co-author.

The co-author's job is to support and facilitate the project and to provide for fast
turnaround of the review process within the client organization. Editing of up to three
proofs per project is normal for copy and illustrations. Adherence to trademark
conventions and the client's corporate style guide are included along with final
proofreading prior to client printing approval. In addition to delivery [or drop shipment
direct to subsidiaries and sales offices] of printed Product Guides, electronic
delivery of all illustrations is normally done in two formats, i.e., - JPG and TIFF.
 Electronic delivery of a Word document for the client Intranet purposes allows
Sales and Marketing reps to tailor presentations at the customer level using
corporate approved communications. Finally electronic delivery of pdf files of your
Product or Solutions Guide allows the document to be placed on the corporate
Internet for both clarity and credibility of your product story. Front and Back covers
are typically varnished for protection and spot varnished for emphasis. Although
length and scope of a Product Guide varies depending on client needs and budget,
a typical Turnkey Product Guide project will average about 50 to 100 pages including
about 20-40 color illustrations, 5 to 10 tables and a comprehensive glossary
of terms.
